Georgetown University's Capitol Campus residential building is located in the heart of Washington, D.C. Through a collaboration with the University, American Campus Communities, RAMSA, and EMA, we provided energy-conscious lighting designs for front-of-house spaces, housing units, corridors, lounges, and interior and exterior amenity areas. In 2023, the Capitol Campus residence hall earned LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, the first building at Georgetown to earn this certification.
