Interior Architects (IA) was brought in to realize Rapid7's vision of "The Audacious Workplace," one that includes collaborative, wellness, event, and flexible meeting spaces. IA turned that vision into a successful, employee-centered design concept implemented at Rapid7's Boston headquarters and throughout its offices in the United States and Ireland. Lighting was designed to enhance a vertical ecosystem of work neighborhoods with customized zones supporting different needs. Large-format, amphitheater-style seating connects with a central staircase that dramatically winds through an open atrium up four stories, alongside private and open offices, conference rooms, lounges, and a speakeasy.
