Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype (BH+A), a Boston-based architecture firm, designed the office space for private equity investment firm TA Associates, occupying the uppermost floors of 200 Clarendon (formerly Hancock) Tower as the company's North American headquarters. The lighting design was heavily influenced by TA's focus on talent attraction and retention. A significant art presence, including a corridor of custom sculptures by artist Fabian Oefner, required lighting design collaboration directly with the artist, a rare and delightful process. Given TA Associates' status as a global firm, enhanced video conference lighting was also incorporated for optimal remote performance.
